Love the Leaf. It works well and is super comfortable with wonderful technology. I will get my 2024 in 4-6 weeks from today

Bought a 2013 used in 2015 for $8,000. Still going strong in 2024. Fantastic commuter car. With 200 miles range on the 2024 its a deal when fully discounted.

Very nice vehicle - NACS ( Tesla Standard ) charging connector will be on the 2025 Leaf which will allow charging at Tesla super chargers - I will wait and get a 2025

Today in Houston I went to a dealership. $39.6K MSRP for a new 2024. Non negotiable. And there was a $5859 list of non negotiable add ons. The InterWeb said the car has been there 6 months. I laughed out loud in the sales managers face and left dancing while holding up my check book over my head. Let the car rust one the lot. 😁

I drove one of these today at my work. (Gov. employee) I liked it a lot, very close to my Gen 2 Prius in size. The only thing I don't like is the wheels, I think there ugly. I would put on some custom wheels if I bought one.

I know what engine braking is. The Leaf doesn't have an engine.
@MikesCarInfo7 ай бұрын
@@horsepowerandtalk1033 In the video, the term "engine braking" is used to describe the Nissan Leaf's regenerative braking system, which allows the electric vehicle to decelerate by converting kinetic energy back into electrical energy to recharge the battery. This system is engaged through specific drive settings, mimicking the effect of traditional engine braking in combustion engine vehicles without actual engine compression.
