I like your lecture.I have a question , what is your academic background as I see you know welding stuff and plc stuff.I am preparing my self as AWS CWI exam but I have huge fascination on PLC. Is it possible to do it at the same time ""? Because one is mechanical other one electronics.Is their any course for beginners on plc?I appreciate your skill.Thank you.

How do you make the welds stack on to each other like that ? I know it has to do with rod angle but my welds come out flat

How would you measure a fillet weld where the sheets don’t have an angle of 90 degrees? You couldn’t use the tool you are showing here.
