Great video! To add to the Pyramid Scheme part- pyramid schemes are obviously extremely illegal. EXP is on the NASDAQ regulated by the Securities & Exchange Commission every quarter. Drives me nuts when people say this. EXP is the best brokerage hands down from a financial prospective and it’s really not close.

What about capping is one time capping 16k or every year need capping

The cap resets every year.

Happing is annually, however if you do 20 deals after you cap, you become an ICON agent and get your entire $16k cap back for free in company stock, which often times leads to agents making more than 100% of their commission.

I am confused on how this works if you get sponsored but lets say you have 100 sponsors and meet all the tier requirements. Lets say an average of 3%-4% to 100 agents but EXP is only taking only 20% and paying all those fees.
