BUT HOW DO YOU TRANSFER CONTENT FROM SECURE FOLDER FROM OLD DEVICE TO THE NEW ONE? SMART SWITCH DID NOT MOVE THEM OVER! Update: You have to use smart switch again and choose "Custom" . In Apps, deselect "All" and select Secure Folder. Scroll to bottom and click OK. May take several minutes for transfer to show on new device.

Hi Mike hope all is well great video, I just want to ask if I move my old pics from my gallery photos, to my Secure gallery folder and then delete my pics from the gallery folder will it delete it from the Secure folder too?

Once you move them from your regular gallery to you secure gallery, they will no longer show in your regular gallery app. There is no need to manually delete them.

If Reset with Samsung account was turned off when you activated your secure folder, you will be locked out of your folder indefinitely. Forgot password will not show up

I continuously get to the step shown at 4:11 and then there is an Error/Failure Every Single Time.. The message reads: "If this keeps happening, contact customer service - OK" [I tried about 10 times] Nada. [Samsung is getting to be as bad as Microsoft/Windows at this point - **sigh**] Any ideas? "Customer Service" is a patience/time waster and complete joke.. Thanks in advance for any advise/help! Sam -
