It's the only way. Used calf kicks in Muay Thai, but if you did that in an MMA gym 5 years ago you would be scolded harshly. That is some severe pain man.

Absolutely Jones v. Aspinal is absolutely #1 for 2025. Conor Mcgregor is a has been and should be forcibly retired for dodging everyone for years. We are completely done with him. Totally agree officials should be ruthless on eye pokes. It’s wholly unacceptable for anyone to not lose a point for a second eye poke regardless of reason. If there is even a bit of intention they should lose a point on the first poke. Paddy Pemblett needs a top ten fight early in 2025. If he wins then give him a title shot.
