I just priced those Areds vitamins for a friend yesterday. They are about $40 a bottle for about 140 pills per bottle there was a small fortune in that dumpster even if they were expired they are minerals and vitamins the dates are not that big of a deal...Thanks again Mike!

The FDA do not test for safety or effectiveness of dietary supplements or vitamins. So there is nothing that proves that taking expensive vitamins or dietary supplements improves your health. Actually, the best thing he's doing is by not taking those is saving people from wasting their money on something that has not been approved nor tested by the FDA. The dates are BEST BY USED not expiration dates. Mike will again delete tise when I remind his audience Once again, he is a content provider for KZbin. HE is not dependent on his income scavenging to support him or his family.

Even garbage trucks have couple two inch drains in the back but they plug them till they get to the landfill cause there could be hazardous fluids caught in the compactor and they don’t want to be losing that in the residential areas.
