Its a lovely presentation Sir. Your sequencing of the steps create a natural flow, anticipating the next step that arises. So in absorbing this lesson, it helped to perceive the movement. Your videos are well paced, clear and the information is just right, with no overload, and nothing that could have been left out. You have brought alive a highly technical subject making it inspirational. Thank you teacher.

@@kimpetersen4118 I'm a teacher. I teach Sport to 16-19 year olds at a college in the West Midlands (England). I've been teaching A&P for 10 years. I did my undergraduate degree at Loughborough University in England, and have just finished a Masters in Sociology of Sport.

it needs to keep a little wee picture of the first diagram (perhaps in the corner) when it then zooms in at 4.20 for those who don't remember pictures in their head.
