Whatever people will say about the quality or standard of football in Australia, Japan or Scotland, there are elements of the job that don’t change much like junior development, man management, psychology, dealing with the press and managing perceptions around the direction your team is heading in that will affect pressure on performances and your job. Ange has decades of this, leading to whether he sunk or swam at both club and national team level. Where other managers are naive, Ange is mature.

Ange really does care for the club and the players, he has shown that wherever he manages. There is no way Conte or Mourinho would have had the balls to play four teenagers, ever. This shows his passion for developing youth and not just loaning them out to get experience and sell them like previous managers did because they couldnt be bothered. Developing youth, and keeping them close where he can get the best out of them is great for our club and it will create a legacy and confidence from our talent for the future. Always honest and top class
