Dawkins plays a different scheme. Meaning if you don't play Defense u are not playing. This helps guys get into league. Mikey was used to being solo making lone plays Dior is same. This is a team game, and both will learn how to play team ball. Also, Dawkins is a father figure to all and cares about players. This coach accepts them and will always love them and support them no matter what they do.
