+Aseret Breis Yes, but I know this isn't a worm. It is a larva of a beetle. It has a head and some little legs so I am actually ok with it. I am afraid of earthworms and like true worms and leeches!

In some trees here in the states and in Canada you can dig them out of the pine trees (I forget which kind) and eat them right there. They sort of taste like creamy banana. In a survival situation, its good to know.

Hey you know they serve Butod plus other "exotic" meals in Balaw Balaw restaurant, Antipolo. Butod in bisaya means bloated (like a beer belly) or swell (like bump). I guess, this worm is aptly named. ☺️

I've only eaten ants (sorry Mikey), crickets and grasshoppers (and a bee on accident)...although I'm curious if the grubs are super squishy? *_* Texture? Texture generally doesn't get me (mmm, jellyfish), but I think I'd need to just get my brain over seeing the undulating body. Ants were the tastiest to me, probably because they were a bit asim. :9~ Curious if any of the rest of the crew has eaten insects too. I hear tarantulas are quite tasty. o_o!
