What I love about your home... is that yes it's a gorgeous paradise... but it's still a home. Yes there are beautiful Filipino designer pieces... but everything seems comfortable and warm. It's not blingy and fancy as if you cant touch anything. You and RJ have done such a beautiful job.

OH YEA! Awesome Vlog… with lots to unpack, LOL… Such an awesome achievement to have Karen D visit your home. Having notice like this is so inspiring, knowing what it took to get here and having this kind of “payoff” is great! You both deserve this moment, for sure. I can’t wait to see her vlog on the channel. I love your question, have I ever met anyone that just made life better for having met them. I’m so fortunate that I can say yes, I have, two of them in fact. Getting to meet my “heroes” is really life-changing. You know I’m talking about getting to meet and spend time with you and with RJ. I really want to say that hanging out with RJ is a very cool thing (and meeting you, Mikey, is the same but different). I can say the same things about meeting RJ as you said about Karen. So engaging and very curious and asking questions that really get to the “heart of things”. Spending time with you, Mikey is everything one could imagine… so, yes, I’ve met two of my heroes and they are awesome people. OMG, I love pineapples! So very healthy and so versatile. Lately, I’ve perfected a BBQ sauce based on Pineapple that is WOW with pork ribs BBQ. GoJuJang is fermented red chili paste and, yes, DIE-LISHUS!! So versatile and really adds dimension to food. Personally, I love to marinate Flanken Beef Short Ribs in it, then grill the ribs and eat them in a lettuce wrap with veggies. I’d recommend Doenjang too, that’s fermented soybean paste (it’s Korean)… the two of these condiments together are “da bomb dot com”! I just have to comment, horseradish “anything” is so good, I love it! If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll get some fresh horseradish (that stuff can peel paint off the wall but, so good). Can ya’ll get Mrs. Dash seasoning in PH? I’ve found that can replace salt and still bring out natural flavors from food, I buy it in bulk, LOL. Today, so many of your comments triggered songs playing in my head… Here comes the sun… Swimming through Juice (triggered Dancing Through Life from Wicked) LOL… it can be quite a trip living inside my head. I’m excited about the house tour… I know ya’ll have been laboring to make everything perfect and I really can’t wait to see it all unfold. I hope we also get to hear from RJ about how he’s been able to bring his vision to life in your home. I’m a fan of Almost Paradise and I’ve been so anxious for this next season. I’m super excited to watch your contribution to this series, I know you’ll have crushed it. Thank you for sharing this adventure with us! Ya’ll be safe and I’ll see ya next time!

I watched Karen's video before coming to this one. I loved everything about your home-from your use of Filipino designers and products, the lovely themed rooms, the kitchen (omg I would love to cook there but only if someone else cleans up haha), the beautiful garden, the non-chlorinated pool, and so much more. It's pleasant to the eye but you can feel the care that you put in crafting it. I agree with Karen when she said your house had a very relaxing atmosphere. But what I enjoyed most in her interview was when you shared your ant farm. Love how you geeked out about it.

I went to Portugal for my holidays and the pool had fresh water the birds came down to drink from it and it had the hotel had cat hotel it had a big space for cats to go eat sleep guest were letting them. The hotel also had church on the premises. It was a great holiday weather was hot and we had some wind everyone was going red and covering up they were getting burned. I love going to portugal. Then i watched megan's channel and found a video from the comedy channel where megan was in and then started watching since, been here since the start of this channel when it split up from comedy channel.
