I'm glad they have helped! I hope Debbie gets well soon. I'm sure you guys will have that press cranking out shirts soon! Let me know if there is a video you would like to see. I tried to cover as much as possible, but I'm sure there are still some tricks up my sleeve I could share.

@@mikeydesignssilkscreen473 The first time i tried to do a print on it there was way to much pressure on the screen and i was printing white on top of that so i started backing it down (pressure).It would print half way then just glad over the ink on the screen so i went down on speed and a little less pressure and it started printing right then.I just have to spend more time on it.Thanks for the good words.Debbie is getting better all the tested came back it was not her heart thank GOD...

Thank God for that@@nashwarrick! I hear that. Takes some trial and error. Too much pressure and it just smashes the ink through and doesn't clear the screen properly. Just enough pressure so the squeegeeing flexes a touch seems to work well and at a speed that allows the ink some time to properly clear. Sounds like you're on the right track.

Prints look great man. So the machine has 2 flashbacks? What if you need to flash btwn each color?
@mikeydesignssilkscreen4736 жыл бұрын
Exposing between every color isn't necessary and I actually wouldn't recommend it. It slows down the process and makes your print more likely to stick to the bottom of your screens. Use higher mesh counts to avoid ink from bleeding.

Mikey Designs & Silk Screen aha understood. So now matter how many colors the print is you generally only flash once or twice tops and the rest is wet on wet or simulated process?
@mikeydesignssilkscreen4736 жыл бұрын
@@printittowinit Yes! The only reason I had the second flash going with this job was to print the metallic ink as a print flash print. I had originally set it up so it was printed as a over print, but metallic inks tend to do better print flash printed for the longevity of the ink no washing out of the shirt. Otherwise this job would have just been printed all wet on wet after the base.

Mikey Designs & Silk Screen haha now im thinking back on some of the multicolor jobs i did and, like a perv in a trench coat, i could’ve def been flashing a lil less. Great advice thank you so much for that!
