disagree. Anya is a great actress, but she's not the perfect casting for a character like snow white. Lupita nyong'o is. All joking aside, I think that it's really hard. I looked for a few european actresses under 30, and it's really hard to find someone that embodies the role perfectly. I do however think that Julia Ragnarsson would be perfect as the evil stepmother. She has the right look. Not sure about her acting range though, I don't know her enough.

The lack of disabled actors for the dwarfs is an L of their own, the can't blame Zegler for that. Also, Gadot is beautiful and kind, but she is not a good actress. None of the casting for the movie is good.

If this was a textbook movie of the og story it still wouldn’t be appropriate timing to put out after a decade plus worth of movies that have emasculation as a moral message. At this point Disney owes the world father and son bond messages like the Norse god of war games. We’ve seen compilations of women getting the princess treatment so much they wanted the hero treatment too. Nipping the acceptability levels of these behaviors in the butt is the only way to get people to care again.
