Thanks Mike for this video. We all "live here" and it's encouraging to see others make it through the other side after making mistakes, When I make mistakes I feel terrible about it. But I can't just stop and wallow in feeling bad, so I go into problem-solving mode, and think about how I can fix the problem. If I can't fix the mistake, then I have to let it be known that I made and mistake and try to make it right. I applaud you for sharing with us that you made (make) mistakes, own them, make it right and keep moving. I think it reflects badly on our character and our business if we gloss over our mistakes, and don't take ownership. People can't trust us.
