It's common for Japanese to pronounce series of numbers with acronyms. In those readings, 3 is commonly read as 'mi' (the word 'mitsu' means three), and 5 is commonly read as 'ko' ('go' means five). Other example but the other way around is how Nijisanji livers and fans often write Nijisanji with '2434' because ni=2, ji=4, and san=3. Notice how the 3 isn't read as 'mi', that's because Japanese uses different readings, one of them is Chinese reading in which 3 is read as 'san'. Cmiiw tho I'm still learning.
