Terrible take. The average salary in Japan is around 3700 USD. Majority of people in Japan can't afford to toss away 3k so easily like that. Also, majority of people who play gacha do not spend. Like less than 1% of a gacha game community is dropping thousands of dollars when new characters drop. Majority of the community doesn't.
