​@@IronicHavoc Roughly around lvl 20, the Pals become much stronger than you. Short of purposely doing chip damage to bring them to a catchable HP, your main role is either mounting your Pal to spam its attacks or to play it like a Pokemon game. Even once you get decent guns yourself, I suspect your Pals might still out DPS you in longer battles.

You can join other ppl's worlds. There are also official server worlds open for players. But I recommend start a world solo first try to learn the game and some strats so when you join a world you can get things moving right away.

Im guessing the holoserver is under Miko/Sui/Fubu, just like the ARK server being under Aki. Doubt they would selfhost, and normal coop onlyl allow 4 players max. They pay for the hosting and stuff. Pretty fast work considering the game was only officially released like 2 days ago.
