It may seem like your foot can’t fit but it can I have a size 13 and when I put it in it has the rollers in the middle/ on the heel

If you're referring to getting to the battery on the remote controller should be a door on the side of the remote control not the whole back that you take off so maybe you can explain a little further that would be helpful.

If you're pointing the remote control and it's not responding then either the batteries are dead or maybe a bad remote control and I would reach out to the company.

I have size 12 feet and am puzzled. The company says it fits up to 13 but the reviewer has 11.5 feet and thinks even 12 might be a tight fit. 🤔 I don’t want to feel like my toes are scrunched cup against the front of the unit. I guess I’ll pass.
