I get PTSD about Suisei's less-than-favorable review of New York City, which is my home state. There's a lot of tourist traps in the US, and the city of Manhattan is certainly one of them, it's dirty, it's dangerous, and it's a shadow of its former self; but I always wondered if she had gone to the quieter, safer, cleaner parts of my state, the national parks, the mountains, the small neighborhoods with quaint traditions and cultures intact, what she would've thought then. Maybe she wouldn't have gone away with such an unfavorable opinion. Wherever these girls are, I hope they're exercising common sense and doing things as safely and as enjoyably as they can.

Yeah I’ve always wondered what the hell people love so much about NY City. I live just across the river and I haven’t liked traveling there since I was a child, younger than a teen, because of all the pretty lights. I quickly realized as I’ve grown up that that city is one big disgusting trap. I’ve never gone up north, however, so maybe Suisei would have liked _that_ experience much more. Who knows. 🤷♂️

@@TheMan21892 New York is a place full of soul. I guarantee the bad stuff you see is in certain areas and also slightly spread all over, but obviously there's still lots of good (more so than the bad imo). I honestly thought Suisei shot herself in the foot by going to McDonalds or even just asking Calli if the McDonald's there has a unique menu compared to the Japanese ones, especially since there's a vast majority of everything in different places of New York. I would've certainly recommended the parks to get a nice feel of the place. In fact, I've seen many British tourists be amazed by just the huge pizza slices you could get just around a corner. Not to mention the night life on the roads where people would just be chillin with exotic animals. I still love New York

Haha, I had the same thought about them being in the Netherlands when they mentioned how tall the people were. We do be having a fair number of rather rotund individuals, so it would be understandable anyway.
