Hey, nice video report. I was in block 102 and we were actually lucky to have two veteran japanese fans right behind us. Maybe they were hired by crypton but they really helped a lot to teach us newbees how to cheer and or move the glowsticks. And they were really loud. As far as loving the other vocoloids is concerned I'd have to say that especially Kaito's and Meiko's songs might not have been the luckiest choices for a live concert. I've heard them once or twice before, but I wasn't anywhere near as enthusiastic as with Miku, Rin&Len, or Luka. "Luka Luka Night Fever" and "Remote Control" are like ultimate crowd pleasers and will always be a safe bet when played.

Hello from Los Angeles! Glad that you had fun at Miku's European Tour. I do hope they bring back Miku to Europe again much like how I like to bring back the expo to LA as always. Who knows, maybe they'll convince the higher ups to add more European locations in the future. Perhaps it'll be like us in the US where there's a Miku Expo every 2 years (a pattern we noticed so far)! I'm actually happy that you actually recorded the experiences before the show. I get tired or even irritated that people just post recordings of the show itself (not to mention, not helping the company's dvd/Blu-ray sales) and not their experience before the show like workshops and cosplay gatherings. Those are the activities I rather record whenever there's a Miku Expo here in LA (which I have documented on my channel)! I know this is getting long, but happy you get to have Miku Expo in your home country. Who knows, maybe when they do come back, they'll also have guest DJ's or a Digital Stars after party! Take care!

Nice video I like the review. I myself have been been there to experience miku live for the first time and I absolutely loved it. It might not be compareable to concerts in japan especially not from the fan side of things. (hell I had no idea what I was doing myself was just dancing around the whole time) But I enjoyed it very much. It was a great light show and the acoustic was quite good. Sadly sometimes you couldnt understand a word of the song. I'm not sure why but whatever. The song choices were fine aswell I guess. I'm not considering myself a hardcore fan so I dont really know all the songs, especially not all the new ones because I'm not keeping up to date that much. That said listening to vocaloid songs pretty much all day I knew some of them. But regardless of knowing or not knowing I liked every song they played. They played calming songs after a very fast one to build tension up again. Overall I think you hit it with your review and I am very glad I wasn't the only one feeling that way. BTW: What song played before the actual event like at 7:42. Its stuck in my head now after hearing it again. :D

I totally agree with your statement about the audience... I had my seat at the very middle of the front vip area and Even thought I was cheering a lot and singing, I couldn't manage to motivate my seat neighbours to sing along or at least scream "hey". I don't know if you've seen me but I was there in cosplay of Rin Kagamine, the Bring it On version. To be honest, I was sad not having anyone next to me who would sing and scream along, I absolutely love Vocaloid but I had the feeling some people weren't even fans. Something that catched my eye was that many people just sat down when other vocaloids than miku had their performance, especially when meiko performed. I thought it was so rude, both of my seat neighbours just sat down.. It also was my very first concert, but I knew how to handle the glowsticks and sang along. Personally, I think the most important part of the concert is to be together with other Vocaloid fans and have fun. I kind of missed it and had a better imagination in my head. I just hope that next time miku comes back the audience will be more active! OH, also: You showed a Newsletter article about Miku, but i just want to inform you that this newsletter wasn't that nice about Miku. It was the BILD newsletter, they are not serious and usually make lots of fun about things. We germans dislike this newsletter a lot D: But that aside, I like your review and hope you had fun nevertheless!

Same!

I am not trying to be mean or rude at all but I would like to raise some points about things you mentioned in your videos. If some of this sounds quite rude to you I'm sorry but I have say something about it (but this from my experience of the concert in London) 1) the atmosphere The reason it probably wasn't as high was because everyone was seated. In London most people there had been waiting for an hour and a half just to be at the front (or close to it) and during that time we had what I call light stick waves where everyone turned their batons a certain colour and waved it around randomly for a few minutes while we were waiting. When the actual concert started everyone was screaming, jumping around and waving the light sticks in time. When the chorus hit each song can you see an intire audience of about 5,000 people just about everyone wasn't Japanese yet we all sang the choruses at the top of our voices. There was high energy through out the who concert especially world is mine and tell your world World is mine: the intire Chorus was sang loudly and in unison was lots of cheering this had some of the most energy Tell your world: this in my opinion had the most energy because as soon as the beat dropped everyone was jumping screaming singing and trying to grab the streamers in the last Chorus 2) it's not Japan The reason in your opinion it wasn't right was because it's not Japan this is a tour it can't be 100% perfect especially as it has to cope with the noise of the crowd and band and vocaloids in a new venue that they've never been to before. The screen can't be as big as magical mirai because it has to tour and I noticed the screens at magical mirai are about 2 or 3 screens joined together so they won't be able to take it on tour. Also just be greatful that it actually came close to you there are alot of countries in Europe and it only went to 3, many people missed out on the chance to see it. 3) the set list Almost everyone in the crowd would've never seen a vocaloid concert live so it seems obvious they'd bring back the popular songs from the tours and reuse them
@christybee136 жыл бұрын
