U can still play joy if there are no cc, but if your fighting a moskov (which is really popular this season) you shouldnt play joy since he can stun you while you ult

Her skill 2 beat needs be faster. Same with the 8 pulses from her ultimate, Joy is too slow combo wise for an assassin. He mobility is great, but the timing of skills and weak burst is not great for her.
