Ingredients :-
Boiled Barnyard millet/मिलेट :- 1 small bowl
Boiled potato /उबले हुए आलू :- 1 small bowl
Some chopped vegetables for cutlet :-
शिमला मिर्च/Capcicum :- 1/2 pcs
बीन्स/ Beans :- 8-10 pcs
गाजर/Carrot :- 1 pcs
प्याज/Onion :- 1 medium size
अदरक/Ginger :- 1 inch pcs
हरी मिर्च/ Green chilli :- 1-2 pcs
साबुत जीरा /Cumin seeds :- 1/2 Tsp
Some spices for Cutlet
हल्दी/Turmeric :- 1/2 Tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर/red chilli powder :- 1/2
भुना जीरा पाउडर/Roasted cumin powder :- 1/2 Tsp
मकई का आटा/Corn flour :- 1 Tbsp
नमक/Solt :- 1 Tsp
चाट मसाला/Chat masala :- 1/2 Tsp
Kitchen King masala :- 1/2 Tsp
Peri peri masala :- 1/2 Tsp
Some chopped coriander leaves
तेल /Oil for frying
Slurry for Cutlet :-
मैदा/ Maida :- 1.1/2 Tbsp
चाट मसाला/Chat masala :- 1/4 Tsp
काली मिर्च पाउडर/Black paper powder :- 1/4 Tsp
नमक/ Solt :- 1/4 Tsp
For green chutney :-
पुदीना की पत्ती/Mint leaves :- 1 small bowl
हरी धनियां की पत्ती/Coriander leaves:- 1 small bowl
हरी मिर्च/Green chilli :- 2 pcs
अदरक/ Ginger :- 1 inch pcs
दही/Curd :- 2 Tbsp
नमक/Solt :- 1/2 Tsp
काला नमक/ Black solt :- 1 Tsp
भुना जीरा पाउडर/Roasted cumin powder :- 1 Tsp
