This site has so many great things. I love the AOA brushes, some of the primers, powder, blushes, highlighters, and I am about to order some of the new eye liners in the pot. The makeup sponges are really good, too. I have been very pleased with the things I have ordered.

I tried a bunch of the same products. I didn't like the blush I got because it was super glittery. I also did not like the concealer at all! It's so dry! But I love their brushes, foundation drops, foundation powder and most eye shadows.

Shop miss a was a lifesaver when I was a broke teen who loved makeup! Now that I’m older my go to makeup is a lot more minimal so I like to invest in products that are a bit better for your skin but I still love the sponges, brushes and lashes from Miss A! And all their makeup was pretty good, some smelt funny but always worked well and I never had a bad reaction with it!

I love shop Miss A. I generally don’t use much make up but I have used a bb cream and eye brow pencil that were great! I like their hair tied, bandanas and little junk like lip balm and trinkets for my grand kids.

I love AOA! The brushes are awesome! Their makeup pouches are awesome too! AOA is their house brand and is much more consistent than the other brands. They have made a concerted push unti skin care and home products lately. You should try the Paw Paw beauty sponges. Best I have used!

Not that it matters,but am I the only one that applies foundation first?? If you put on eye makeup first,the foundation winds up getting in your lashes and messing with the outer work done on your eyeshadow...just seems odd to me... anyways,I would like to try some of the dollar finds! So as interested as I am in these products I always have to question what the quality is like in regards to ingredients with it being so inexpensive. I know that a lot of high-end products raise their prices not only because of better quality ingredients but also because of the name, but is ShopMissA selling good quality products for a dollar? I just find that hard to believe. If I'm wrong someone please tell me. LOL

You will notice that they don’t spend any money on the packaging. It’s very cheap, but that doesn’t matter to me at all. What matters is what is inside. Also they do not advertise which keeps cost way down. Some products are not good, others are fantastic. If you can’t afford expensive makeup but want something decent for the price, this is a wonderful option.

How do you know when to apply a shadow wet versus dry?

Usually for shimmer, when it doesn't apply like it appears in the pan. When you wet your brush or finger, it should look more shiney.
