I tried #5. my hair is about the same length but is pretty thin, don't have as much hair on my head.It still worked amazingly well!!! The best thing is that the style stayed in all night. Normally my hair slips out of whatever style I create but I had no problems dancing the night away ;) Thank you!

These are so freaking cute. They will work for any occasion! Unfortunately I'm a brunette and they won't stand out as much as, or look as cute as that platinum hair. Why do I say that? I used to have platinum hair, and I've noticed the difference on the appearance of my hair dos as a brunette vs a platinum blonde. Not saying they don't work for brunettes! I still have some of my bleached hairs dye blue, so some of these will still look rad with the blue and I can't wait to try them. Doesn't matter if I go platinum, stay brunette or multicolored! I love them all. Brings back memories of how I used to style my hair in the 70's and 80's. BTW, the Grandma pin is called a hair comb (like in the story of the Magi). The look in hairstyle #8 can also be created with a banana clip. Remember those? That may have been before your time. Lol
