This clip is from the movie, 'Lengo II'. Lengo is a Bhutanese term for the disabled, esp used for people who are deaf or dumb. The plot of the movie is about the deaf protagonist who is left heart broken by the lady (shown in the clip above). She leaves him for a educated man from the city but things dont go right for her. She meets with an accident and her husband and child is killed. She survives but she looses her memory. Meanwhile he gets to participate in a govt run project for the disabled.

I feel this kind of music and song is authentic bhutanese music, now a days more are driven to western style😔

There he meets her again and is sad to find her loitering around with no food to eat and no memory. The song shows the scene where he is taking care of her and taking her back to her village. The lyrics of of the song tells about how hard life has been and his love for her. The scene with sepia color frames is flashback from the first movie, where he is trying to recreate a similar scenario for her to remember and regain her memory back.

Milam tsam ghi means 'dream like'. Milam is a bhutanese (rather dzongkha, the language) term for dream.

Can someone explain the video to me please? I am interested in it, so would be nice if someone answer my question, because I don´t understand the language and the pictures. I guess it is connected to the culture in Bhutan, but I don´t like to guess ;))
