Hi Sammy! I don’t know if this is the right interpretation but “derby” I think it refers to the play between the two football team of Milano: Inter and Milan. Here in Italy (and in Milan) it’s trully an event, a lot of fans go to the stadium “san siro” to see their team. I think that the galbano it’s associated with the grass of the stadium and in general to the sport of soccer?

Great, on the nose, first impressions there Sam👌🏻. Glad you got to try these😊. The standout for me was definitely Basilica with its unexpected herbal twist, which I felt worked really nicely. I also enjoyed Diurno and Brera in particular, but a good range overall I thought 👌🏻.
