You can still by new "old" Trucks (5:03) actually. If you already have one, you can go to the normal truck dealer, then switch to my configurations and then you can still buy the old trucks new. You can also still change them in that menu

The AI follow specific paths and their logic expects you to also follow those same paths. In roundabouts it is really important to use the correct lanes and use your turn signals so the AI know what path you are planning to take. If you're in the inner lane of the roundabout and signal to exit the AI will yield to you, but if you are in the outer lane the AI expects you to either exit the roundabout at the earliest chance or yield to the inner lane. Can't help you with toll plazas and lane merges, they changed the logic there a few updates back to make the AI less timid about merging when multiple lanes collapse into fewer lanes and it causes a bit of chaos. Best to let them go ahead of you there or they'll just hit you from the side. The AI handles players merging into the AI's lane better than it handles AI merging into the player's lane.

Tip when buying used truck look for a truck that have minimal part wear, for example I bought DAF with small part wear and with pernament wear around 20% It is cheaper and works perefctly fine, If you buy truck with low pernament wear and high part wear it wont work so you need to replace that parts and that is much expensive

"Dirty" vehicles are just made-up skins, you won't see those mentioned vehicles "clean". A little dirty was also SCS's Skoda Fabia mk.1. I am surprised they really moved older trucks to used dealer only, finally some realistic thing.

I use auto retarder to slow down with cruiser control when going downhill. Just set cruise control 5 km/h lower than the speed you want and retarder will keep you at the speedlimit

G'day Milan, WOW! that's spooky as the other day when I was trying some of the different Features in Key Settings to see what they do I was wondering if you had a video like this & you made one😮. One I like which you can assign to a key is in "Camera Controls" "Steering Based Camera Rotation" which makes your head rotate left or right as you turn the steering which is really cool on Country Roads & at Intersctions, It is annoying when Reversing though so I turn it off to stay looking out the window at the Mirror even when turning the Steering. Ps I like that Starter Garage, so much better looking than the UK one.

the truck just enables brakes on it own with the automatic brake mode but it may stop your truck during sharp tuns mostly if something is in front of the truck

About the Truck horns, the DAF XF105 and XF106 (Euro 6) have these standard horns they also got in the German Truck Simulator. SCS should change them into the real DAF Horns...

Emergency breaking feature .. annoyed me as it stopped my truck from 80-90 to 0 in meters on clean highway. Mostly on entry point to bridges. And then it was impossible to drive away. If you stick a nose of the truck, let's say leaving a depot, to the lane passing by, then some AI will give way and let you turn, as some gates are pretty close and turns are pretty tight especially with something like low-boy triple. Some hidden roads are pretty visible on online map if you are using TruckyApp companion, and so easier to "discover". But there are also roads in game which are usable, but not considered a hidden road even by game and so you see yourself driving outside a road .. in a void. Map yourself keys for at least back axels lift (Ins=up / Del=down), as it helps when you rise your truck axels and you pull lowboy trailers over speedbumps and into some depots where is little hump/ridge on entry.

They mainly adding features that the trucks themselves have. Theres nothing wrong with it since the options can be disabled. Like with H shifter you can just switch gearbox layout to the truck your driving.
