Milcent's after sales service is pathetic. Called the "authorised executive" of Pune for repairs. He changed the PCB unit , charged me, gave a year's warranty. Its not working again in 3 months & now nobody's taking responsibility for the same. " 60 years of trust" is just a tagline for marketing. They don't mean it.
