At 1:15 it is understandable as in AirBnB there are no stars. It is ranked from one to ten. So the person ho gave them four stars likely thought it was 4 out of 5 as most people see five as the maximum. But there is a good chance she gave them a four out of ten which in my opinion makes the owner’s reaction reasonable. I live in a BnB and it has happened a few times.

It's something they would need to take up with Airbnb if they felt it was unfair, not the renter. That was the renter's opinion. That's the whole thing with personal rating. It's the risk you have any time you rent something out. I've seen a number of super host with under 5 ratings. Equally, a host declined my reservation because I was too new. Perfectly reasonable. That's the risk and you simply have to accept it.
