I think you should re-watch this minus (ignore) the slips. I see strong command of the skills, an intensity via the speed and using the 'momentum' of the skill to hit the skill (instead of muscling it into position) and connect into the next. It was advised to me, if you 'dismount unexpectedly', use that time to get some deep breaths since you've been in anaerobic mode and shake out your arms and legs to quickly reinvigorate them. No need to pop back up since you already took the deduction. Take you time and make a plan to pace, not race. But to remark again, you really had a solid show of skills.

Did they give you the d credit for Healy or did they give you the Healy to upper arm (B credit)
