Sun visors/ sun shades that are as standard part of OEM from the manufacturer cannot be penalized. The traffic police was in the wrong to stop you or try to fine you for it. You can also go to your RTO and get a paper signed by them that your car comes with stock sun shade, and use of it should exempt you from fines and violations.

Its the best car in segment and quality is best....u will feel it when u drive it.... go to nearest Tata showroom and take test drive u will feel... i have Tata Harrier Dark Fearless and not a single issue till date... confirt, safety, milage, Road presence, Technology, New Features aur kya chahiye apko.... sbkuch hai... best go nearest Tata showroom and check urself
