KCMO is by far the nicer of the two cities. KCK is a little rundown. In all fairness though, the city on the Kansas side has about a third of the population as the larger Kansas City on the Missouri side. And as far as the Chiefs go, I agree with you. I'm a Bengals fan. I can't stand the football team, but Kansas City is an awesome place in general.

Much different these days. Noted a large Latino presence there; an expansion of the Quindaro neighborhood. Used to be State Avenue was the main east-west street, carrying US 24/40/73, and 7th carried US 69/169/K-5. Further north, 7th Street Trafficway carried 69/169 across the Fairfax Bridge into Missouri.
