Texas. At least one triple-deck interchange, frontage roads and Texas turnarounds under the bridges. Then you come to the I-27/US 87 interchange; looks like a simple diamond with stoplights and such. What in the name of I-180 are those boys doing down there? Texas Tech and it's associated industries are what drives that town. If they get I-27 built south to I-20 soon, it'll help a lot. At least stop and get a Whataburger.

Nope. It's a 3 level with I-27 on the bottom and a loop in the middle.
