He only shows the southern half of Downtown Atlanta. He keeps avoiding the Northern half and turning back into the South which frankly is run down and poor compared to the North. It's sad because the Northern part of Downtown is the most impressive. Not to mention if he had kept going North into Midtown.

I live outside nashville.tennessee.we have the highest homeless count per capita.its a city.it goes with the territory.its all a part of life.it happens.specially because of covid.ltta people lost thier homes.cant get work.

Well that’s because downtown Atlanta is more business oriented than it is entertainment and residential. You go to places like Midtown if you want some real action in the city.
