Bhai, Don't u think that, you are over conscious regarding oxygen ? I also went for trekking at Gangotri - Gaumukh (4000 metres altitude). We stayed for 2 nights on 3800 m at Bhojwasa. Only felt some trouble during night in the tent , where we slept in chain covered bad (just head remains outside). Other wise no problem during day time while walking on trek or outside tent in night also.

Bhai AMS responds to different people differently and that has nothing to do with fitness or anything as well... We actually felt breathless and had headaches, so took oxygen to be on the safer side... Better safe than sorry. Also, Khardung la is at 5358m which is a lot... People have died there before due to lack of oxygen

Something which I didn't cover in my vlog were people who came to me for oxygen and I helped them out as well... Khardung La is a different challenge all together

Sir vlog was superb..or infact aap chaaron ki jugalbandi b top class thi..hai in fact..sir Siachen kaise gye aap leh se..coz main leh gya hoon ek baar bike se 2013 mein.. But tab single tha..ab meri wife hai or mera beta hai..n we r planning it very soon..plz guide us for Siachen base camp.. 🙏💕❤️
