Its sucks that mk11 is finished because these are buffs mileena needs (in my opinion) because she's lacking in a lot of places and it don't gotta be that way Kahnum dash - should do 18% for both bars, less damage scaling, have KB, and cancel much quicker It should do 18% because 15% is low for both bars especially when it damage scales and for 1 bar it does 12% (so wasted a 2 bar for 3% more damage) also u get the same amount of damage using your amp sai's. It should have a KB because u loose access to one of your KB (back 1,1,4) i think the requirement should be like liu kangs bicycle kick KB but instead you have to spend both bars (to balance it out) and the trigger animation should be when she throws the sai's in their eyes (so we get a good look at the sai). It should cancel much quicker because you can react to the cancel and mash down 1 and you wasted a defensive bar. (Air)/telekick - Should start combos, be as fast as kitana tele-kick, and combo off of back 1,1,2. Tele-kick should be as fast as kitana because it is really slow and doesnt go under projectile fast enough and doesn't make sense why her is faster. It should start combos because when u equip kahnum dash u loose access to all your combos. And like HOW and WHY doesn't combo after back 1,1,2. Air sai/sai slide: air sai should combo after foward 1,2. Also should be able to do after tele-kick (when blocked). Sai slide should be a low OR an overhead(when amplified). also u should combo after sai slide when hit without the amplify. KB should be more plus and accurate. Air sai Should be used after tele-kick on block to make u safe. (would also give u a reason to use her tele-kick to go in for pressure). Just like back 1,1,2 and tele-kick HOW and WHY doesn't air sai work after forward 1,2. Sai slide is mid even when u amp. Also u launch the opponent in the air why not make it combo. Also if u land the KB for sai slide it will be worth to spend a 2 bar on tele-kick if it combos. It should be more plus because when you land the KB you dont have enough time to dash in and punish them with a combo. Also pretty sure its a glitch but when you amp sai slide but you also get hit it will spend your bar and it wont come out or it doesn't trigger the KB and that is totaly unfair because scorpion counter hit KB still activates even if u trade and it even starts off combos without needing a bar. Vanish : should not decrease your damage, not disappear on block, should combo after foward 1,2,4. Vanish should not do damage reduction because your wasting a defensive bar and even when you block you get hit right out and it not even completely invisible. Also you already turned invisible when you're falling down from forward 1,2,4 so why not special cancel it into vanish Strings : fix back 1 range, back 1,1,4 should be an overhead and KB should more damage, back 1,1,2 should be a meterles combo extender(in the corner), 2,3,3,4 more plus(and no gap), back 3,4 should not knock down be special canceled, forward 1,2 should be special canceled, forward 2,3 should be 13 frames and KB should do more damage, make her strings safer, not make strings or abilities count as being airborne Back 1 whiffs. back 1,1,2 should special cancel into tele-kick and be a meter-less combo extender in the corner because that strings ends with a high and u get nothing out of it if it lands. back 1,1,4 should be a overhead because it will be a good 50/50 and it is a unsafe mid and the only time you see is once a match for that KB and the KB only does like 3% more damage than a regular combo. Back 3,4 shouldn't knock down and be special canceled to extend combos because you get nothing out of it if it lands (but make it unsafe). Forward 1,2 should cancel into air sai to make it combo and make forward 1,2,4 special cancel into vanish. Forward 2,3 should be at least 13 frames if the goal of is to go under a high attack because the KB wont land if it the goes into a mid right away and you can get hit mid string because it takes a while for her to go down and its -16 and the KB doesn't do that much damage. (change it to a safe string). 2,3,3,4 should be at least plus 6 and no gap because it will be a good mind game for the opponent and you. If that sounds OP remember it has 2 highs, a gap, and a ton of push back and is only plus 1 while liu kangs is plus 4, all mids, a-lot of range, leaves the opponent close, can loop it, and it has 1 gap (but he can special cancel it into a perry, low fire ball or his stance). standing 1,1,2 is -10 and foward 4,3 is -13 and if u equip playtime the extension to forward 4,3 is still punishable at -8 which many characters can punish with a 7 frame standing 1. So make 4,3 at least around -10 and the extension -6 and also make standing 1,1,2 safe. Finally don't make her strings or abilities count as being air borne except for forward 1,2 and telekick because those actually make mileena go into the air and that grab KB is really difficult to get because many of her strings are considered "air borne" and her play style doesn't revolve around it like rambo. Animation : standing 1,1, 1+3 the ending animation should teleport behind the opponent (like raiden) and do the leaping bite / sai stab attack she had in mk9 because the animation of her just poking your eyes is very lazy and doesn't really feel like mileena and she could do her cool back flip like in the compat pack 2 trailer. Also make her teleports "dark magic" have a lot more cloudy/dust partical effects like in the movie or kitana's telekick because its just a boring light. Also her mouth isnt even open in most of her animations like her grab. #buffmileena ...... and if u ask me i think air tele-kick should be a base move because its probably gonna be her most useless move if she gets these buffs and her command grab should also be a base move.

Lol ofc you'd get wrecked It's sad how Mileena cannot have the DASH along the regular roll cause they shouldn't conflict if one is ⬇️🔙 and the other is ⬇️➡️ Her Playtime should already be of base, not taking up a slot so that people can get creative as in having the Dash, Thunder and Staby Or Dash, Staby and Sai Slide/Low Sai/Air Sai. You literally can't use her telekick/drop cause it's unsafe... and then they actually patched her to count a regular string as a jump to reset the KB counter. Two bars for 21% damage? Like seriously? Lol She's cool, but definitely not strong as MKX.
