The only jackets I own are from Shein and I live in Canada so they definitely are warm, you just want to make sure your getting a thick one !

Hey! If I were you I'd go with a Medium or even a large depending on if you want to wear thick sweaters underneath. I'm 5'2 and 110 pounds for reference. Hope that helped!
