I imagine them getting cocky with each other and trash talking, and it being an epic standoff, neck in neck between friends, or maybe Miles trips and falls, or maybe Monty lets him win, just this once. Maybe. Fuck I'm sad now. I want a friendship like the RWBY writing team has/had.
