​I actually had a more or less simular idea with Cap 🆚 Mar 2: -Added new moves(Special & supporters) for everybody & make special adjustments selectable moves for some (Combining Rouge's special grab with both stat changes & move steal for example). As well as return some old moves -Buff all low & mid tier characters while keeping the higher ups the same. -Create an option to choose between 4 attack buttons layout 🆚 6 attack buttons layout(Basically Cap 🆚 Mar 1 layout) -Given an option to either use anybody from your team as an assist(Same as original), or use a special assist from non playable(Basically simular to Mar 🆚 Cap 1, except it can be used an infinite amount of times. But it's just that one move). -Hidden & bosses from older games become available by either unlocking them for free or paying a 💩 ton as D-L-C -Marvel Superheroes version of Thanos(Infinite gems & all)is playable after doing a bunch of crazy smurf to unlock him(Completeing all the achievements listed on P-S 4 & 5, or special requirement forthe Switch for examples).

Bison is selectable without a cheat code) -Zero 3 Upper on Sega Naomi (which is based on the Dreamcast version and seems to be the basis for the version in CFC2) -Alpha 3 Upper on GBA (which also includes Maki, Eagle and Yun) -Alpha Anthology (allowing you to unlock the Upper exclusive characters, and adding the Upper arrow to the title screen with some hidden dipswitch settings), and finally -Alpha 3 Max/Zero 3 Upper Upper on PSP(which adds in Ingrid from CFE/CFJ and included Reverse Dramatic Battle mode from the Saturn port) Edit: A. Max, the arcade version of Fighting Evolution/Fighting Jam runs on PS2 based hardware: the Namco 246 and B. @@zaqqaz Yeah, he used to be the poster boy for SNK for years after KOF dropped and now is reverting to Terry again. For a time they tried K' to be the poster boy but it didn't stick and they didn't ever try with Ash or Rock. TBF Terry is a better poster boy than any of them, edgy characters are passé and he is cool. It's a good call in my opinion but sometimes looks like soviet era photo editing, it's pretty funny.

@fordesponja Kyo isn't a edgy character, though (he was on edge during the NEST saga, but that's just because the story was dark at the time. If anything he was surprisingly normal and had a balanced life for a fighting game protagonist. K' is more moody, and Rock was always intended as a "cool" guy like Terry (but less "macho"). Iori would be the Edgelord of SnK. Don't get me wrong makes perfect sense to revert to Terry as the face. Kyo worked when KoF was practically the only SnK serie still In activity, but now that they want to diversify, and fatal fury 8s back. it's better to return to Terry.

My big brother sent me the trailer for this collection. I got all emotional over this, I watched it with tears in my eyes.Long have I wanted to play some of these games because at the time arcade scene was literally dead in my country, and I didn't had a Dreamcast and many of them were not ported to other consoles. The only reason the PS5 will be able to get it is because Sony didn’t cut support for the PS4 yet and the PS4 supports it. Switch is a no brainer because it supports it natively anyway.

My reasoning was that this collection is kind of like the "backup all-stars collection" of sorts with games that were largely featured on the Dreamcast / Saturn era of games...since the best versions of these games were on Dreamcast: Capcom vs. SNK Pro, Capcom vs. SNK 2, Project Justice (Dreamcast Only), Plasma Sword (Dreamcast Only), Power Stone 1 & 2 (Dreamcast Only // Not Counting the PSP Versions), Street Fighter Alpha 3 (Dreamcast / Saturn Arguably the Best Ported Versions). That's why Rival School: United by Fate and Star Gladiator aren't included because Capcom probably just wanted to give the most "recent" versions of the series coming from Dreamcast, which I'm totally cool with. Plus a lot of these games were seen NOWHERE without some type of emulation. So BIG PLUS for Capcom here. This was a real treat. I finally get to play the long lost Dreamcast games that I've been wanting to play for ages and didn't want to emulate them.

I think we’re gonna get re-releases of some of these on a Capcom stadium Arcadium 3 , when they released the second stadium, Arcadium, they re-released a bunch of games that were already featured on the CCC beat them up collection and the Capcom fighting collection 1 , so a lot of games that are omitted will probably be featured in stadium Arcadium three as well as a bunch of the ones from these releases . I figure they’re waiting to release alien versus predator., maybe jojo, tech romancer and the ex games for stadium Arcadia 3

My guess is that it's removing some of the Easter Egg MBs from the original release. I know there's one where Rose literally uses a barely modified Enyaba sprite, I forget off the top of my head what the other one(s) were.

It likely has to do with licensing issues. Upon a quick perusal of the wiki, both Rose's transformations were Jojo characters since they made Heritage for the Future and owned the license at the time. Also Gief's trsansformation was a pardy/reference to a Japanese gaming magazine of the time. It's likely not due to any controversies or PC stuff.
