Does the steam boiler have safety valve and is it connected to the drip tray or open inside the machine ? is there an OPV?

That scale you used the timemore have an auto mode that automatically zero the scale and start Timer when the first drip of espresso hit the cup. So u dont have to manually press start timer every time

This machine actually has quite soft steam power. I can't say much because you can't really compare china made and Italy made. EM-30 has 1 advantage which is rotary pump, other than that i think PL92T is way much betterninterms of technology

I guess so, but steam pressure surprisingly very low for a dual boiler machine. I'm not very sure if they have new version that maybe better

Hmm, it's the new Kid on the Block will it be durable? I mean you go against Italian companies with over 100 years of experience. I want a Machine that lasts for at least 10 years! So far they are new therefore not many records exist. Even if I consider this Machine will they have service and spare parts in Bali if needed? I have an open mind but after-service is essential for me. The espresso you made looked good

​@@StefanusGoana It seems you are too busy to reply to the comments. So, I reached out to the manufacturer myself. Preinfusion isn't changable. Also, the manufacturer has nw idea what shower screens and gaskets are compatible with their grouphead! Also, they do not know if the boilers have draining valves or not for when you need to descale, which should be done frequently because they are made of copper. Moreover, there is no way you could varify if the boilers and pipes are free of Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, and Chromium. It is also worth mentioning that they boilers aren't insulated and there is no way to confirm if the electronic board is insulated and the OPV is connected with silicon tubings to the drip tray or if it spatters inside the machine. One more thing, they do not know the max steam pressure.

Brother mau tanya apa perbedaan grinder automatic (Latina DX Vega) sama yg pake dispenser (kalo ngeluarin kopinya harus ditarik dlu tuasnya) kyk N900 Apa perbedaannya cmn di timer aja? Kualitas gilingan kopi bukankah seharusnya bagus yg auto soalnya giling trus serving Kalo kyk N900 giling dlu trus ditampung di dispenser apakah itu mengurangi kualitas rasa dr kopi? Itu Latina DX tipe doserless, N900 doser grinder. Skr memang pelab2 orang meninggalkan doser grinder seperti N900 karena prosesnya jadi lama, harus timbang2 portafilter lagi untuk memastikan. Sementara doserless begitu udah di set waktu dan udah hafal berapa detik dapet berapa gram waktu dial in resep espresso diawal. Kualitas kopi tdk banyak ngaruh selama cafe kamu rame, usahakan jgn terlalu lama simpan kopi di dalam doser. Didalam hopper aja juga usahakan yg dituang lgs habis dan besoknya isi kopi fresh lagi

Boleh dicoba ini Milesto udah double boiler hanya 25jt. Tidak ada dikelasnya double boiler semurah ini. Mesin ini juga udah ribuan laku di china dipake oleh cafe2 kecil yg berjamuran

Tambahan info, mesin sekelas appia aja cuma single boiler. Utk steam susu dan espresso boilernya gabung, bisa dibayangkan sendiri air utk steam dan brew kopi kan beda banget temperaturnya.

@@StefanusGoana About 1100-1200 USD shipped. Taobao has them. Just use the seller that has lots of "completed transactions". I just ordered mine today. Don't bother with the warranty. Not valid outside of PRC (China). Great value for a home machine. Edit: When ordering from Taobao, you really need to be in China in order for them to ship your machine. I had my order canceled twice by two different sellers. I got my refund, but you'll have to find another website to order off of. Alibaba is probably going to be the best bet.

Scalenya made in china juga. Menurut saya pribadi kurang akurat karena. Hanya keren aja anti air, dan ada timernya. Harus di cas ini yg kadang jadi keki kalo pas perlu pake battery low hahaha
