Partly, since he sounded like encouraging it. But back to the so called 9 years old army who had 0 common sense. Pewds prolly use it for a joke only purposes, the viewers in other hands likes to put it on a serious note and spread it like a virusses all over the internet. It's like "Oh the King has spoken about the word, let's us use it and abuse it on a daily basis to all aspects for no reason just to piss people off." I got a friend of mine getting punched in a face by my other friend because he overused that word, ever since he saw my friend had a girlfriend, totally worth seeing that, i guess he should have seen it coming.
