For those that have struggled with connection to wifi, ensure that your phone is running on 2.5ghz. If still not recognized, manually add the wifi connection from "other" in the app drop down list. Only way I managed to connect device successfully. Use the pair method as explained by Faizel

Thanks for that, i also had to google how to change from 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz and was then only able to connect successfully to the app.

I think Faizel is talking about the good Dr. I actually just ordered this based upon you and his review. But the reason I paid the extra (it was on special) but was for the smart app features. That is king these days. The dream is a smarthouse.

My robot vaccuum changed the default language. I obviously don't understand it, and can't find where to change it. My app doesn't have a SETTINGS button.

My robot cleaner gets stuck in rugs due to the edge sweeping brushes. Can i remove these?

Mine does get stuck sometimes. I've got one piece of furniture that's just the wrong height, so it will get part way underneath, but then it can't go forward or backwards and I have to pull it out manually. And my WIFI seems to be incompatible with the vacuum. Otherwise I'm happy.

Hi, you need the remote to connect the WiFi as the Wifi button is on the remote.

Yes it can. The trouble arises if you have shedding pets in the house (like me).

The problem is you did not show us how to connect the app. Same problem with other vidoes. I just got mine and now I know why everyone is confused. Many robot vacs on the app. So saying follow the bad English instructions is no good mate.

So, first things first. The green light on the vacuum must flash. Secondly, on the app, select the vacuum that says WIFI. Don't select BLT, or BLT and Wifi. It should work after that.

@@FaizelPatel143 Mine is keeping a noisy electric sound, Just when I got happy with it. Looks like a return. I am concerned parts will be an issue in future.
