I think she's likable cuz she's down to earth and isn't too proud to reveal her pain and how she does with it. It's 2023 and I truly believe she had thyroplasty surgery...even after the Reinkes Edema...because after the first surgery, her voice changed ever so slightly. 2022 her voice is completely different.
