@@echobean5222 It's funny because I've seen similar lighting in 4K kpop productions, Studio Choom for example. So I kinda get Miley's point. It can be done. I think the most challenging part is that she chose such extreme, high contrast lighting with BOLD colors. The first thing I noticed was that the uploaded video here is encoded incredibly well! It's actually a technical feat. There was a moire effect on her silhouette in the beginning, but that's unavoidable. Then the file not getting mercilessly squashed by uploading it on KZbin is another kind of miracle. I wanna know the technical deets tbh, this was such a deceptively simple production but man this such an amazing technical feat!

This song helped me realize how I had lost myself and how I needed to get back to me. Her whole look in the performance is what legends are remembered for. I felt free I felt liberated as a woman after hearing this song. I was so unappreciated in my relationship that when this song played I realized I didn't need to be loved by him and I was going to be ok with it.
