people are trying to divine things from the android girl-two breaths walking connection, so I think it'd be good to note that deco has said the cover songs don't have any connection to the story, they exist purely as standalone pieces. Looking forward to the MV!

it is clear that they chose songs that fit the characters stories in some way. i.e. otome kaibou with mu and psychogram with mahiru

​@@omumafu6346 I mean, yeah, its possible they chose some tracks to parallel the characters narratives, but because the trend isn't consistent (don't see how mosaic role or anti beat relate to anything regarding their respective characters), drawing conclusions about those narratives from the covers isn't viable; those parallels can only appear after the fact.

Wait, does this confirm that Haruka's story is basically the story from the Two Breaths trilogy? He covered Two Breaths in round 1, and is now covering Android Girl, so round 3 will be Two Breaths Reloaded, right? LOVE IT

Unfortunely Deco has confirmed that the Cover Songs aren't canon and are just for fun. I think Haruka's story will be quite different from Two Breaths

@@cheeseincrackers3453 Of course they're not canon, but in the case of Haruka, we can't ignore his similarity to the "protag" of Two Breaths trilogy, and the fact the themes shared between the trilogy and Haruka's first song are similar. Won't be at all surprised if we find out in song 2 here that the killing is similar to what happened in Android Girl. Again, not saying Android Girl IS Haruka's story, but there is an intentional choice in having Haruka cover two/thirds of the Two Breaths trilogy so far.

I think there's going to be a bigger disconnect from Two Breaths and Haruka's Story moving foward. If course I could also be coping and be horrifcally wrong, in that case sorry.

@@cheeseincrackers3453 Everything about the story of Milgram is misleading so far. We are literally getting the stories filtered through the killers' perspectives and in music video format. The amount of theories out there is insane, and a lot of them are just pure ridiculous. Noticing the existing similarities between the themes of the 2 songs Haruka had sang at the time, and then seeing that the covers are continuing the story, already has a lot more backing up that the stories are just SIMILAR (hence the "basically") than a lot of the other theories.

@@_callahan613 While I acknowladge that there are some insane theories out there, I also think quite a lot of theories have merit, since it's not just the MV but also the Voice Dramas, Interogation Questions and even how everyone interacts with each other. I do believe that the covers have a thematic connection to each prisoner however I fully expect the stories in them to not be shown within the Prisoner's stories themselves (maybe borrowed ideas at best). If anything the covers are more like supporting evidence in that regard
