This man is not true, if he was general then how he can give upsc cse in 35 years of age, he has crossed 44 years of age , next year due to overage he can't give any attempt.. But I don't think for upsc we should dedicate so precious years of our life, when we can't clear it in 3-4 attempts we must look for backup, this is nothing but only a government job ......
