Yo the infected should get through this military base by an injured soldier/juggernaut. It quickly infected the hazmat which put the place on high alert. However instead of trying for the other soldiers it spreads to an unsuspecting town, then a facility researching the virus. Riot police showed up but the juggernaut got through and from there they took the military base. After that the world went into anarchy. A few police officers just dealt with an attacker when the infected came. The town fled but only a few made it out. They spread out and found ruins of the old places where the infection spread. Then the game begins.
