“Well, in my humble opinion the victim or victims of Farmers Insurance rogue agents illegal activities have no place to file concerns nor complaints on the website, so why would they want to know the CEOs? Farmers Insurance doesn't even have management or District Managers in Georgia according to their Area Sales Leader - Georgia. He said he had sent the file and evidence to the compliance department days ago and that they would be in contact. He tells me the same thing over and over, just as he did today, when he just informed me again that they would contact me tomorrow. Yeah, right. Long story about an agent's son at fault in a hit and run, notifying us the next day, then didn't want to file a accident/incident report, didn't want a claim filed, didn't want his son's license pointed, didn't want his rates to go up, paid me with a company insurance check not his personal check, and then text messaged me with a slanders, defamatory, disrespectful, and more because I had asked him three times the first of the holiday week to file an accident report.” I have been put off for a week now. BTW, I am a 100% totally and permanently disabled U. S. Army Veteran.
