This really show Michael's dedication to his work. They had to start delivering at 5am. The camera crew meet up with him at his office at around 4:30am. So he must have been up at like 3am give or take. That's really admirable. He gets the job done even though he uses unconventional methods. And he has a positive attitude about almost everything.

That's most espresso drinks, though. A single shot of espresso is only one ounce, while the majority of the drink is steamed and frothed milk (with the syrup pumps if you get flavored drinks). That's different compared to brewed drip coffee because you're not "pulling a shot" and you intentionally leave a little room for your additives like cream or sugar.

Lol I have worked at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and a supervisor at Starbucks many many moons ago and marvelled at how little "coffee" is in the frapps and lattes that they're basically drinking heated milk and sugar. Michael should have never returned the stolen clients when he got his job back. Pam and Ryan joined him and put salary on hold to go with him. Phylis and Dwight got everyone to turn on Michael and his team, but in reality, Pam and Ryan deserved those clients. Nobody believed in Michael and then they wanted everything to go back to normal. They didn’t even apologize for shunning him and had the nerve to demand their clients back. Michael already knew starting a new company was impossible to compete with established companies so I never got why he bent for them. When he threw dollar bills at their face I thought Michael would finally be a great manager but then he caved. Should have told them to suck on a rock (throwback to Toby leaving) and kept Ryan and Pam on as sales.

But Dwight yelled in his face while he was just trying to talk to a client. And then he got all mad when the client hung up. Huh?? Lol that always just pissed me off so bad.

Ikr, I cringe almost as much as Scott's tots when I see that episode and the one where the Salespersons behave like entitled b!tches when Sabre were giving them the leads. Atleast in that Ep Michael puts them in their place somewhat. I think it's in Michael's nature to care for his employees no matter what they do. Any other manager would have fired Dwight for talking to Jan for taking his position, or Stanley for yelling at him or even Kevin or Creed for their incompetent nature at work. Only guy Michael fired was Devon, and even that was against his will
