One thing I hope they bring to the fore with Slannesh, that many either don't know or overlook, is that the Dark Prince is not just about sexuality but hedonism in all it's forms. From sex to food to rest to drink and everything in between. It is what makes the Dark Prince so interesting.

The idea that the advisor is visiting multiple chaos gods has me more convinced of Be'Lakor as a possibility. We'll see what he does going forward, but him being an "exile" of some sort makes his character suddenly very interesting regardless of his allegiance. He only dies during the chaos campaign (and technically during end times, which you cause naturally playing as chaos). All campaigns across the 3 games occur at the same time, so any campaign start in all the games comes before his death.

We have him as our advisor in all 3 games, but ultimately, we've already learned his fate in game 1: he was a pawn to Tzeentch, and was sacrificed to provide one final challenge to Archaeon in the form of Sarthorael.

My personal theory is that the cinematic shows a scene from the Adviser's past, and this is why he looks less...dekrepit. He saw visions of the End Times, and perhaps Tzeentch has tricked him into thinking that he can stop it, when he might actually be bringing it about.

My theory about the advisor is either that with the Chaos Gods finally showing their hand so to speak and getting more involved in the mortal plane Tzeentch is rewarding/empowering one of his key players to perform his role OR this isn't a current scene but is actually a flashback to the advisor's history and this is a vision from Tzeentch.

The updated models for the Greater Daemons are not specifically AoS models. Only the units found only in AoS are. Keepers of Secrets existed in WFB, and this updated model is just a new look for them. On the other hand, Blissbarb Archers for example are unique to AoS, and will therefor not show up in TWW3.

I do not understand something , so : Khorne is power&strenght attack damage , not so much on spells . Nurgle is tanky but not as mellee damage like Khorne . So nurgle is like a Tank , and Khorne like a Bruiser . Tzeench is with spells and not so much resistence or mellee power , so he is kinda like a Mage . Then Slaanesh is like a speed+some spells+agility , so he is like an Assassin . Did I got it right ? Sorry for using MOBA roles to describe them , but it was a bit confusing to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each demon faction.

Yep thats about right! Slaanesh is speed + armor piercing damage with very little survivability in a straight up fight. so yeah, Assassin is a reasonable way to describe it

There is a difference between using an updated model like the new Keeper or new models that existed in the lore/game rules but never had one until AOS and putting in Stormcast or the newer stuff. I liked the older KoS but it was ancient and the new one looks great.

I have a theory about how nurglings might work in terms of game engine mechanics so that we can have those cool sync kill animations and 200+ models in one unit. They might work similar to how ex jezzails work: an actual one model in a unit is made out of 3-5 nurglings and they are bound together by animations, have combined hp and always die together. That way you can "cheat" the engine so that it doesnt actually have to calculate animations and physics of 200+ models sparing resources for lower end pcs. Im no software engineer but at least thats how i imagine it should work.

It looks like that’s what they’ve done. There seems to be clusters of Nurglings in what I can only describe as Nurgling balls. Each clump looks to be spaced slightly apart from its neighbor, thus an individual ‘model’ in the game’s conventional sense.

As a nurgle player im more than happy with how they look, incredible seeing these models i've had for ages finally become animated and move around. Nurglings are amazing and comedic and are going to be a must-have in any nurgle army. Can't wait to have thematic armies of disease march on kislev and bring death and decay where they walk. Only thing Im sad about is there's no gribbly intestines anywhere, but maybe that'll be an addition in the B4BG pack

This trailer shows maybe an early expedition into the waste that's why he didn't recognize the nurgle symbol right away. Game 1 is way later in his life and ends in his death. You go through D-day and fight through Germany to Berlin. Then, Hitler kills himself. Then, second game is from the Russians point of view. In the marketing and campaign, you'd notice that Hitler is still alive, because his death hasn't chronologically occurred yet, and eventually dies. Then the third game you play as Germany, and you notice Hitler is still alive, shockingly. Now, all we need to make it a perfect analogy is to make it so that Hitler *only* dies when you play as the germany

I always felt that the Advisor served as the driving force for a faction being controlled by the Player. With the different cutscenes of the Advisor approaching different leaders, I felt like he was an in-universe representation of the faction- and Lord-select screen. Whichever faction the Player - and thus, the advisor - decides to go with, is destined to win the campaign. We know from the reveal trailer that he is corrupted by Tzeentch, and from Archaon's campaign that he is possessed by (or perhaps revealed as) a Lord of Change. The player, and the player faction, is just a piece in the Great Game - guided by a piece that Tzeentch has on the board. Perhaps TW:W3 is the campaign to control the Advisor, that canonically Tzeentch wins? Or, perhaps, the Advisor *is* the Player Character, and this game will bring an end to both his story, and - through him - an end to our story as TW:W players.

I prefer the head cannon of the player being some other warp entity that is influencing their chosen faction. To win the great game. A challenger has invaded the great game kinda thing.
